9. Quiet Hours

10. Lost Items
a. Wessex Quarters is not responsible for any items left behind by Guests. Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departure, as per our house rules.

12. Termination
a. Wessex Quarters reserves the right to terminate a Guest’s stay for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior, as indicated in our house rules.
By confirming your reservation and checking in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, which are in harmony with our house rules.
